Sheet Rock...

After getting through Denver and getting on the freeway towards Vail, Look through me dirty window at traffic that is coming to a complete stop... Traffic like this on a Friday afternoon is ridiculous... I was thinking there had to be some kind of accident or there had to be a bunch of crack heads going to the same place...

About 40 min later we finally come up to a semi that had jackknifed, and sheet rock that it had been hauling, had flown everywhere on both sides of the freeway...I happened to be on the opposite side of the wreck, but managed to take a pic of the mess through my foggy window... You can see the huge pile of sheet rock debris on the other side of the median...

This little infraction cost us about another hour and a half time wise... This accompanied by a couple more morning rush and slow traffic due to ice earlier made us arrive in Vail around 11 am... Parking at Vail is something else!!! Their only free parking was at the local super market and wendy's about a mile away, all of the rest of the parking was crazy ass donate 3 gallons of plasma expensive... So we Dropped off Scotty's car at the wendy's and split the difference on the parking for my car..

Since it was 11 am we decided to each lunch first and wait to get the half day lift tickets because it was only an hour away, and $20 cheaper...
